ニシキギ目(Celastrales)、カタバミ目(Oxalidales)、キントラノオ目(Malpighiales)には、APG-IV(2016)では未整理の科が残されており、この3目をCOMクレードとしています。そのうち、カタバミ科(Oxalidaceae)は、8属約600種で構成されますが、カタバミ属(Oxalis:500種)とゴレンシ属(Averrhoa:80種)が大部分を占めています(Li et al.,2021)。
